Once items are shipped to the mail carrier or shop location, The Jaid Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the unfortunate event of an issue with your delivery, please contact the mail carrier directly to resolve the matter.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that an error occurs on our end, we will take immediate steps to correct the mistake. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Drop-Off & Pickup Orders
If you notice any incorrect or missing items in your pickup order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package.
